Does your business have a strategy, or are you merely planning? Are you working to gain a competitive advantage, or are you simply trying to be the best (along with everyone else)? Do you feel like there are too many distractions to see above the parapet to where you need to be? Take a day off to dedicate to strategy. In this workshop, you and your executive team will gain clarity over the essence of business strategy, understanding the key concepts through definitions, examples and supporting material. Not just a talkfest or a one-man show, this workshop includes real work, with a guided afternoon session to produce actionable outcomes. This workshop is based on materials from Wharton Business School's professor Nicolaj Siggelkov. It was developed from a project led by Jan Rivkin from Harvard Business School, Roger Martin, former Dean of Rotman School, and A.G. Lafley, former CEO of Proctor and Gamble.
